Cottonwood Custom Builders transformed this 1970s remodel in Spanish Hills into a modern classic. The kitchen, which opens to a large great room, was the centerpiece for a small family that wanted to modernize their house with maximum style and functionality.
White granite countertops create contrast with dark wood custom cabinets. Exposed structural powder coated beams provide a raw industrial element to the addition, while large expanses of windows take in the sunshine and views. Custom details such as the carved wooden sink give the room distinct personality.
