New Mountain Home
New Build
This contemporary mountain home built with Mosaic Architecture and Interiors was designed to take full advantage of the views and Colorado sunshine. A beautiful, flowing floor plan fits the lot perfectly with plenty of room for the family to socialize and spend time together.
A high level of finish is found throughout the home including a flush base trim with stainless steel Frye reglet between the stained alder base and level 5 smooth drywall. Fireplace mantles and hearths were crafted from local Masonville, Colorado flagstone.
Radiant heated slab floors with marble and Brazilian redwood flooring throughout create a cozy retreat during the harsh Colorado winters. Sunlight was maximized with a 5kw Photovoltaic system that makes the home very close to self-supporting.
