Jacob Dietrich
Project Manager
Jacob is a construction management major with a passion for efficiency and sustainability.
Jacob’s passion for building and trade work sprung from involvement on plumbing job’s with his father and brother, both master plumbers and business owners. Throughout his life, and even more so after earning his B.S. In Construction Management from Colorado State University, he has sought to learn every trade possible. Not only for his passion of working with his hands on home projects, but Jacob believes this assists in making knowledgeable and productive management decisions with trade partners when constructing any project.
Jacob was the construction manager for multiple residential communities in the Northern Colorado area, serving hundreds of clients by getting them into their dream home. He then transitioned to managing multiple bond programs to renovate and build elementary, middle, and high schools for various school districts. After completing his assigned bond programs, Jacob found his way back to residential construction, as he had missed the personalized nature working with clients during the residential construction process.
When not working, Jacob enjoys time with his two children, two cats, and the great Colorado outdoors.
